An email will be sent over listing all these policies - we ask you to review and sign within 24 hours of making your appointment.

Please note: Your card will NOT automatically be charged - you will receive an invoice via email for the nonrefundable retainer.

Salon Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled the CALENDAR DAY before their scheduled appointment will be charged 35% of their service total.

FOR EXAMPLE: If an appointment is scheduled for a Friday, you can cancel or reschedule Wednesday with no charge. Any changes made on Thursday will result in a 35% charge.

SAME DAY cancellations or reschedules will be charged 100% of their service total.

If an appointment has began and needs to be cancelled or ended for any reason will be charged 100% of their service total.

No Call / No Shows will be charged 100%. A 50% prepayment will be required moving forward for all appointments. The artist you're choosing to book with does have the right to decline the appointment.

PLEASE NOTE:

All of us at Lashes by Lindsey are fee for service / commission based. Meaning, if you cancel or reschedule your appointment last minute or do not show up, we do not get paid.

The cancellation policies we have in place are not to '"screw you over" or to be "harsh", it is simply to protect your treatment provider!

For most of us, this is our only source of income - so when we lose out on an appointment, we lose out on income. This is our livelihood and how we pay our bills. If you make an appointment online and/or signed our policy contract, that means you understand, agree, and accept ALL policies!

APPOINTMENT REQUESTS

Effective March 1, 2024

All appointments booked online will be manually accepted. Appointments will be in 'pending' status until BOTH the Nonrefundable Retainer AND Salon Policy Contract have been completed.

Appointments will be accepted in a first completed, first served basis, meaning if there are two clients requesting the same appointment day and time, the client that completes both required contracts will be given the appointment.

CARD ON FILE

We require an active and current card on file. This card will be used for services (if chosen to pay via a card) and for cancellation charges or no shows as stated within our policies.

NONREFUNDABLE RETAINER

All new client appointments require for any services that do not include Lash Extension Full Sets will require a 35% nonrefundable retainer. All Lash Extension Full Sets will require a flat $50 nonrefundable retainer. The prepaid amount will be taken off of your total.

If you cancel an appointment, the amount prepaid will be on your account to use on a future purchase or service.

PROCESSING FEES

All credit or debit card transactions will have a 5% processing fee added onto their total.

All Venmo transactions will have a 3% processing fee added onto their total.

There is NO fee to use Cash, Check, or Lashes by Lindsey Gift Cards.

RUNNING LATE?

All appointments have a 10-minute grace period factored into the appointment length.

If you are running more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and a new one will need to be scheduled.

All appointments cancelled due to lateness will be charged 100%.

LASH EXTENSION REFILLS

Lash Extension refills require at least 40% retention. Anything less than 40% will be considered a full set and charged accordingly.

Please contact us in advance if you are unsure if your retention is a refill or if you are needing a full set. We are often booked back-to-back, and our schedules do not allow us to modify a refill into a full set appointment.

We can do our best to lash what we can with the time that is currently scheduled but cannot guarantee 100% coverage.

LASH EXTENSION FOREIGN/OUTSIDE SALON REFILLS

We do accept foreign, or outside salon, refills at Lashes by Lindsey.

A foreign refill is when a client has lashes on from another provider, but schedules a refill with Lashes by Lindsey. A $25 Charge will be added on top of the refill price for your first refill with Lashes by Lindsey.

A FOREIGN FILL CONSULT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED PRIOR TO SCHEDULING A REFILL SO WE CAN DETERMINE IF WE ARE ABLE TO WORK OVER TOP OF THE EXISTING LASH EXTENSIONS OR IF WE NEED TO REMOVE AND COMPLETE A FULL SET!!!!!!

COMPLETION OF SERVICES

All services and products are nonrefundable!
